Adult Beginners Dance Class

We will be starting a new ADULT BEGINNERS class on Thursday 25th January at Toll Bar Academy (please use Sixth Form entrance), Station Road, New Waltham 20:30-21:30

The class will be taught by Keith and Judy Clifton and will cost £7 per person; in the case of ‘singles’ please be aware that you will be paired up where possible.

We advise that you dress for comfort and wear clothes and shoes that you feel confident in, you do not need to buy anything in preparation.

We look forward to meeting you all and hope that you will enjoy learning how to dance.

New Childrens Classes starting soon

We are pleased to announce that we will be starting new children’s classes at the Haven Methodist Church, Lord Street, Grimsby

Starting Wednesday 24th  January 2017

Lollipops – (ages 3-5) 17:00-17:30

Youngsters (ages 6 +) 17:30 -18:30

No need to book, just turn up and have a great time learning to dance

New Sequence Dance class

We are pleased to introduce our new Sequence Dance class. Learn to dance to your old favourites as well as some lovely new dances. The session is half teaching and half social. It’s a great time to learn to dance and who better to learn with?

Where – Cleethorpes Memorial Hall
Cost – £5 per person

 

New adult beginner Ballroom & Latin class – STARTING SOON

We will have a new adult beginner Ballroom & Latin dance class starting on Tuesday 12th September, New Waltham Village Hall 19:30-20:30. We welcome everyone, even those with two left feet, however please note that ‘singles’ will be paired up where possible.
Classes cost £7 per person and we look forward to meeting you and having fun with you.

Our next show is …

Our next show will be taking place on Sunday the 22nd October at Grimsby Auditorium. We have decided on a theme and the Teacher’s have been getting the classes prepared.

So, this October be prepared to be transported back to the 1990’s. This is the decade that bought us Dance music, Indie tunes and of course ‘Girl Power’ in the form of The Spice Girls.

 

Kevin and Karen Dance

Kevin and Karen have taken to the stage to bring the UK their dance stage show ‘Kevin and Karen Dance’.

With standing ovations at each venue and rave reviews the show looks to be a great success and will see the duo tour the country until the end of June. Male Strictly professional Gorka ‘the corker’ Marquez joins the cast in their fun and innovative dance show which see’s audiences get to know the real Kevin and Karen from Grimsby.

Joanne leaves Strictly to star in Flashdance

Joanne has really enjoyed her time touring with the Thoroughly Modern Millie show across the UK and based on her desire to pursue a career in musical theatre she has decided to leave Strictly Come Dancing. This move allows Joanne to star in Flashdance, the musical as it tours the country.

Free introductory dance lesson

By way of a THANK YOU for all of the support you have given Joanne, Kevin & Karen, we are offering a FREE introductory dance class with the chance to see and have your photo taken with the wonderful, sparkly and much coverted Strictly Come Dancing glitterball, won by our very own Joanne
